Cynthia Anaya's Writing Portfolio

Career Background: I landed my first full-time writing job in 2012 at a marketing agency, where I mostly wrote on-hold scripts and veterinary webpages. Five years later, I began writing web content for the drug rehab and mental health industry, which was a big shift from the fluffy, light-hearted pet writing. In 2018, I shifted industries again when I accepted a position at a university, where I now write higher education copy in the form of webpages, news stories, scripts, digital marketing, and print marketing. 

In the summer of 2022, I joined a team of freelance writers with Static Media. Since then, I've covered a wide range of topics, including food, restaurants, grocery stores, women's lifestyle, fitness, wellness, gardening, cleaning, real estate, home improvement, and home decor. My favorite topics? Pets, health, and fitness.
